I look at a lot of the rooms in the house and don't recognize them. I love the wallpaper in Mom's room, it just reminded me of her. The pictures of us girls and mom above her bed always made me feel like she loved us a lot. The big white poofy blanket, staying in her bed on sick days and watching movies. All of us laying on their bed talking, I loved that!! Even my friends would come in and sit on her bed with me and we would just chat. The old curtains, Mom always being so clean and organized, the picture of her on Dad's side of the bed, I remember those being taken and thought that Mom was so beautiful. That old brown clock that Dad had on his dresser forever!! Dressers always full of church books and scriptures. The EMT's coming in here to get Mom and take her in the ambulance, that was scary. Many days Mom not being able to get out of bed cause her back hurt so bad. Ironing and watching TV, Mom always would take my hand and put it on her cheek and say, "nice mommy" Then we would laugh and she would tell me how much she loved me. Being afraid to wake Mom up when you came in for curfew cause she would jump and scare you when she woke up. Dad snoring, and snoring and snoring! Dad falling asleep while we were in there talking with him and Mom. All of Mom's cute shoes. Without a doubt this room holds a memory of feeling loved.
I pretty much ditto everything Teija said! Just talking in the with mom and dad and all of us kids trying to snuggle in there! Staying home from school being sick and I would watch murder she wrote all day long! Old pictures of us girls. You wouldn't go in if door was shut when another kid was in there always meant deep conversations and sometimes trouble! Taking off wallpaper when mom was gone and I thought we could! Listening to Teija and Anita talking about their love lives and they thought I was sleeping!! Mom hiding our presents under her bed or in her closet!! Tyanna
sleeping with mom when dad was at camp. Tyanna, kayla and I fighting over who got to sleep with mom. Long talks with mom and dad. Reading scriptures with just us three. laying in bed with mom talking until dad came in from outside and he would say something to the effect of "okay..." and would motion for me to move and get out so he could get the small amount of sleep he would try for. He was always a good sport about me not wanting to leave. Coming down sunday or Saturday mornings and already find tyanna or kayla laying with mom and dad talking. Laying on the floor when I was sick, with a bucket right next to my head.

Dad's gun in the closet and how Mom's clothes were in half of Dad's closet.
Stealing Dad's socks and ties. Sleeping with mom while Dad was working was always fun. Sneaking in to watch the grey cup on the little TV while people were over (only one time).
